The Palomar

Me making the Palomar one of my favorite craft cocktails at Hive in San Diego. A spicy combination of Campari, tequila, Serrano, grapefruit, lime and sugar.

The Palomar

1.5 oz blanco tequila

3/4 oz lime juice

1/2 oz grapefruit juice

1/2 oz Campari

1/2 oz Demerara syrup

1 ml Serrano Cocktail Spice

Shake and serve with ice.
